Refund Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
ScanEdit Pro is developed by Roberta Limone. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and refunds. This policy works alongside the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy. Where they differ, Paddle's terms apply.
Refund window
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Requests after 14 days are not eligible, except where the law requires otherwise.
When we grant a refund
- The app does not install or run on a Mac that meets the system requirements listed on the product page, and our support could not fix the problem.
- A core feature does not work as described on the website.
- You were charged twice for the same license.
- You bought by mistake and have not downloaded the app.
When we do not grant a refund
- Your Mac does not meet the published system requirements.
- The request concerns a feature the website does not claim to offer.
- There is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
EU and UK consumers
Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery of the app. Once the download starts, the right of withdrawal ends. Your rights for a product that is faulty or not as described stay in full effect.
How to request a refund
Open the receipt email from Paddle and follow the link to manage your order, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. You can also write to [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within two business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. After a refund, your license stops working.
Before you buy
Check the system requirements on the product page. If you have questions about compatibility, write to support before purchasing.
